In a side street of the idyllic Fredensborg, in the center of Oslo, you will find Wilsesgate 3 A and B. This is an old and beautiful urban building that in 2009 was converted into student apartments. The area is secluded despite being right in the center of Oslo, and is only a stone’s throw away from Torggata, Youngstorget, Karl Johan and what the city has to offer of bustling life and facilities.
We have 31 apartments, with varying sizes. This address is suitable for those who want to live in the center of Oslo, but at the same time a little bit away from the city noise.
Just off Wilsesgate 3 there are several city bike rides where the closest is at Hammersborg torg / Møllergata. Biking to where you are going in Oslo is good for the environment and Oslo has in the recent years invested heavily ito build up good bike paths to reduce car traffic in the City center.
Since Wilsesgate is in the center of Oslo, there are countless buses and tram links in the immediate vicinity. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Stortinget Metro station, and 13 minutes to go to Oslo S.

In Wilsesgate 3 A and B we offer 31 apartments and consists of one-bedroom apartments 26-33m2 and 2-room couple-apartments 39m2.
At Wilsesgate there are many neighborhood shops, cafes and restaurants. On the corner just across the road you will find Den Gode, a popular pizza restaurant in Oslo, which offers a neighborhood discount. They have modernized rooms where you can bring your schoolbooks or join on Quiz night in the basement.
There is a large Rema 1000 store just across the road and you will also find some of Oslo’s oldest buildings from the 19th century with small colorful wooden houses and cobblestone roads a stone’s throw away.
Kristparken is a 2-minute walk beyond Wilsesgate and is one of Oslo’s green areas with exercise stands, basketball and football pitch.
