Gøteborggata 8 B
In the middle of Grünerløkka, a stone’s throw from Københavngata 10, you will find Gøteborggata 8 B. The homes were rebuilt from the old Freia chocolate factory’s office premises to 133 beautiful student apartments in 2018.
Københavngata 10
Københavngata 10 is like most buildings on Grünerløkka a well-known factory and working-class apartment building with a venerable history. The building has earlier on been two chocolate factories, Olaf Larsen and A. Bergene.
Sandakerveien 76 A og B
At Sandaker / Torshov you will find our newest residential complex with 386 student apartments. The building is brand new from 2019 and has a modern and fresh look, from the inside and out. The building is divided into Sandakerveien A and B.
Storgata
Ankertorget is the most central location, in the heart of Oslo and offers approx. 800 student apartments in several sizes and shapes. The quarter is the oldest of our addresses and has housed many students since the 70’s.
Trondheimsveien 37
Trondheimsveien 37 is located in the city center near Sofienberg. The building it self is has very beautiful and green surroundings, with Sofienberg -park and Botanical Garden as close neighbours.
Wilsesgate 3A og B
In a side street of the idyllic Fredensborg, in the center of Oslo, you will find Wilsesgate 3 A and B. This is an old and beautiful urban building that in 2009 was converted into student apartments.
